I’m Jeff Wilson, strength coach for the men’s cross-country team at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. I’m also a lifelong competitive runner and personal trainer with over 12 years of experience.
I’ve created a catalog of running programs for every type of runner… including you! I also offer personal coaching sessions.
